Is ForeverAfter a wedding directory?
No. ForeverAfter Smart Wedding Planning is not a directory. We use smart matching technology to recommend suitable suppliers based on your wedding details, preferences, location and budget.
How is my personal data stored and protected?
ForeverAfter Smart Wedding Planning processes and stores personal information in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Personal data is collected for a specific, lawful purpose related to providing the platform services and smart matching functionality. Appropriate technical and organisational security safeguards are implemented to prevent loss, damage, unauthorised access or unlawful processing.
Your information is processed lawfully and transparently, based on consent or another lawful basis permitted under POPIA. You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements.

How does the smart matching work?
You tell us about your wedding date, location, budget range and what you are looking for. Our system matches you with suitable, vetted suppliers who meet your requirements.
Are suppliers on the platform vetted?
Yes. All suppliers go through a vetting process before their profiles go live. This includes reputation checks, online presence reviews and basic business verification.
Can I contact suppliers directly?
Yes. Once matched, you can contact suppliers directly through the platform to request quotes, ask questions and confirm availability.
Do I have to book through the platform?
No. ForeverAfter Smart Wedding Planning helps you connect with the right suppliers, but all bookings and contracts happen directly between you and the supplier.

Can I plan my wedding without matching to suppliers?
Yes. You can use ForeverAfter Smart Wedding Planning to organise your wedding details, explore planning tools and prepare at your own pace without being matched to suppliers.
Can I use ForeverAfter if I am still just browsing?
Absolutely. You can explore options, compare suppliers and plan at your own pace.
Is ForeverAfter available across South Africa?
Yes. We support weddings across South Africa, with suppliers offering local, provincial and country wide services.
What happens to my profile after my wedding has taken place?
After your wedding, ForeverAfter Smart Wedding Planning will send you a reminder notification to review your suppliers and download any important content linked to your profile. This may include uploaded quotes, images from your wedding gallery and content accessed via your personal QR code.
Your profile will remain active for 90 days after your wedding date, after which it will be automatically archived. If you would like to keep your profile active for longer than 90 days, you can request an extension by emailing admin@foreverafterapp.co.za.

Is ForeverAfter a directory?
No. We are not a directory. Suppliers are matched to couples based on suitability, availability and service criteria rather than being listed for open browsing only.
How do I join the platform?
Suppliers apply through our pre vetting process. Once approved, you can create your profile and become eligible for smart matches.
What does the vetting process involve?
Our vetting process includes reviewing your online presence, reputation, business information and service offering to help protect couples and maintain platform quality.
Vetting also includes document verification to confirm business ownership or management authority, as well as basic compliance checks where applicable. This helps promote transparency, accountability and trust across the platform.
How is my business data stored and protected?
ForeverAfter Smart Wedding Planning processes supplier business and personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Data is collected and used only for defined, lawful purposes such as platform functionality, smart matching, performance insights and operational communication.
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are applied to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Suppliers have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of their personal information, subject to applicable legal, contractual and operational requirements.
Is there a cost to join?
ForeverAfter Smart Wedding Planning offers different onboarding and subscription options depending on supplier category and launch phase. All approved suppliers receive a complimentary 14 day Premium Package trial, allowing you to experience the full feature set before committing.
After the trial period, subscriptions operate on a monthly basis. There are no long term contracts and suppliers may cancel their subscription at any time. Any ongoing costs are clearly communicated before you go live and before any payment is required.
How do I receive leads?
Leads are generated through smart matching. When your services match a couple's requirements, you may be introduced as a suitable option.
Can I control my service area?
Yes. You can define your primary location, service radius, supported provinces or country wide availability.
Can I set my own pricing?
Yes. Suppliers can choose fixed pricing, price ranges or packages, depending on their service type.
Do bookings happen through the platform?
No. ForeverAfter Smart Wedding Planning facilitates introductions. All bookings, contracts and payments happen directly between you and the couple.
Can other suppliers view my pricing and profile?
No. Supplier profiles and pricing are not visible to other suppliers. Only couples who are matched with you through ForeverAfter Smart Wedding Planning can view your profile and pricing details.
Will I compete with many other suppliers?
Smart matching focuses on relevance rather than volume. Couples are matched with suppliers that best fit their needs, helping reduce price based competition.
How does ForeverAfter support ethical suppliers?
